First time here?

Coming to a Tigers game

Plan your visit, find your ticket order and check what to do before arriving at the gate.

HOW IT WORKS

From booking to tip-off

  1. 01

    Buy online, before you travel

Check the match ticket page for available zones, prices and sales times before you travel. Do not rely on a ticket counter being available at the venue.

  2. 02

    Keep your order link

A confirmed order has one QR code covering the tickets on it. Keep the order link from your ticket email, or sign in with the email used at checkout to find your ticket orders.

  3. 03

Show the QR at the door

Show a clear, complete QR on your phone or a printed copy. If only part of your group is entering, tell staff how many people are present before they scan.

  4. 04

    Check your zone

Your order lists the zone you booked. Follow the seating arrangements and staff directions for that match.

GOOD TO KNOW

Before you go

What about last-minute changes?
Check your match page and the club's Instagram for published updates before travelling. @johor.southerntigers
Do children need a ticket?
Check the child-ticket prices and eligibility shown for your match. If you book a child ticket, bring the child's IC (MyKid / MyKad) as requested in the booking guidance.
How many tickets can I buy at once?
Each match sets its own purchase limits. Check the ticket page while choosing quantities. Contact the club about larger groups before making separate bookings; extra tickets are not guaranteed.
Where exactly is the game?
Check the venue on the match page for the fixture you booked. For doors, parking, accessibility and bag rules, check published event or venue guidance, or ask the club before travelling.
When should I arrive?
Check the published start time and any arrival instructions for your match. Door-opening times can vary; ask the club if a time has not been published.
Can I bring food or drinks?
Outside food is not allowed inside the venue. Drinks are allowed only in bottles with a cap.

Ticket help

I haven't received my ticket email. What should I do?
Check your spam or junk folder and the email address used at checkout. If you kept your order link, open it to check the status. You can also sign in with the checkout email to find your ticket orders. If you still cannot find the order, contact the club before buying again.
My payment is pending, or my bank shows a charge. Should I try again?
Return to the same order link and check its status. A pending or processing order is not a confirmed ticket. If you have paid, your bank shows a charge, or the result is unclear, do not pay again or create another order while you check with the club. An expired hold alone does not prove that no money was collected.
Can people on the same order arrive separately?
Yes. Tell gate staff how many people are entering before they scan: the default scan admits everyone remaining on the order. Staff can admit only those present, and the same QR can be used for the remaining entries later. It cannot add entries or be reused after all tickets have been admitted.
Can I get in with a screenshot?
Keep the QR complete and readable, whether on a screen or printed. Entry still depends on the order being valid for that match with entries remaining. Keep your order reference handy if you need staff help, and keep the QR private.
Can I change my booking or get a refund?
Check the terms and published updates for your match. Contact the club with your order reference if you cannot attend, the match changes, or your order shows a refund issue. Do not assume a refund is automatic or that a status message means money has reached your bank.
What should I send when asking for ticket help?
Use the club's contact page. Include your order reference if available, the match, the checkout email and a short description of the issue. For a payment query, include the amount and date. Do not send your full QR, private order link, card details, banking password or one-time security codes.
